Read production orders, mark orders produced or shipped, and add internal notes. For garment fulfilment teams with Enterprise DecoNetwork Order Management API access. Hosted by usefulapi — connect from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP client.
Team and Enterprise: an Owner adds the connector for the organization first.
Run this command, then run /mcp in Claude Code to log in:
Add to Cursor or add this to ~/.cursor/mcp.json:

"deconetwork": {
"type": "http",
"url": "https://deconetwork.usefulapi.io/mcp"
}

}No Add custom MCP server option? It depends on your account or workspace settings: see OpenAI's guide.
Run these commands. The second one opens the login page:
Other MCP clients (Windsurf, Cline, Zed and more): add the URL as a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP). The client then opens the login page in your browser. Do not add an Authorization header: see Before you connect.
Find orders due in a selected date window and see their production and shipping status.
deconetwork_list_orders_due
Read an order by invoice number with line items, customer details, tracking and notes. Document links are omitted.
deconetwork_get_order
Find orders by order number or date filters, then review compact summaries.
deconetwork_search_orders
Mark an order, line or workflow quantity produced or shipped. Customer email is disabled unless explicitly requested.
Changes data · deconetwork_update_order_status
Add a staff note to an order or line item. Each call adds a new note.
Changes data · deconetwork_add_order_note
The login page asks for your DecoNetwork site, Staff username and Staff password.
The site is the first part of your DecoNetwork address (https://yourshop.secure-decoration.com). DecoNetwork has no API token: the API signs in with a staff login. Create a dedicated staff account in Admin → Account → Staff Accounts (it needs administrator access), and an administrator must turn on the API in Admin → Apps Store (Data Management API). The API is part of the Enterprise plan. Use a customer account with Enterprise API access and the Order Management API enabled. Vendor charges are separate. This initial release offers five order tools; supplier catalog/product tools and document/media links are unavailable. Requested order, customer contact/address, pricing and production data pass to your chosen AI client and LLM provider; staff credentials do not. Status tools change live production/shipping records and can email customers when explicitly requested. Credentials are sent to your DecoNetwork site using its documented username/password API, including HTTPS query parameters on order searches. Requests are never automatically retried; check DecoNetwork after an uncertain write. Disable the dedicated staff account or change its password to stop access. Site supplies usage and billing identity. Only connect data and designs you may process with your AI service.
Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config. The server signs you in with OAuth: the login page asks for your DecoNetwork site, Staff username and Staff password. If the config has such a header, remove it: some clients then send that header instead of the login token, and every call fails with 401.
Turn on the DecoNetwork connector, then ask in plain words. The AI picks the tools.
| Tool | Type | What it does |
|---|---|---|
deconetwork_search_orders | read | Search orders Search DecoNetwork orders by date ordered, date due, date shipped, date invoiced or date modified (each a from/to range) and/or invoice number. Conditions are ANDed; with no filter the last 30 days of orders (by date ordered) are returned. Returns a compact summary per order: invoice number (order_id), job name, order and payment status in words, dates, amounts, billing and ship-to contact, shipping method, tracking numbers and line items. Use deconetwork_get_order for everything on one order. order_status narrows the page after it is fetched (the vendor has no documented status filter), so it must be combined with a date range or invoice number; page with next_offset. Max 100 rows per call; total and next_offset page through the rest. GET /api/json/manage_orders/find. |
deconetwork_get_order | read | Get order One order by invoice number with everything the API holds: all line items with decoration views/areas/processes, fields and sizes, team names, payments, refunds, shipments with tracking and packages, notes, taxes, store, and (optional) workflow items and purchase-order data. Status codes are spelled out. Card numbers, coupons and credential-bearing document/media links are removed. Supplier catalog tools are unavailable. GET /api/json/manage_orders/find (invoice number condition). |
deconetwork_list_orders_due | read | List orders due Orders due in a date window (default: the next 7 days from today, UTC), soonest first, as compact summaries. By default cancelled, deleted and already shipped orders are left out, so the list is the work still ahead; set include_closed to see them. Use to answer 'what has to ship this week?'. GET /api/json/manage_orders/find (date due condition). |
deconetwork_update_order_status | write | Mark order produced or shipped WRITE: move a whole order, one line item or part of a line item to 'produced' or 'shipped'. Cannot be undone through the API. With new_status shipped you can store a tracking number (shipping_code). contact_customer=true makes DecoNetwork EMAIL THE CUSTOMER about the change (only when the whole order changes status); it defaults to false, so set it only when the user asked to notify the customer. Give order_line_id to change one line, plus workflow_item_id (and optionally qty) to change part of it. POST /api/json/manage_orders/update_order_status. |
deconetwork_add_order_note | write | Add internal note to order WRITE: add an INTERNAL note (visible to staff, not sent to the customer) to an order, or to one line item with order_line_id. Each call adds a new note, so do not repeat it. POST /api/json/manage_orders/add_internal_note. |
deconetwork_usage_status | Usage status (free-tier meter) Report the caller's current usage: the plan, calls used this month, the limit of the plan (the free monthly cap or the Pro fair use limit), remaining, and whether the limit is reached. Read-only; does not count against the meter. | |
deconetwork_request_feature | Request a missing feature Tell usefulapi that the user needs something the DecoNetwork tools cannot do yet (a missing tool, field or filter). Call it only when the user asks for something none of the tools can do, and tell the user that you send the request. Do not call it for errors or for normal requests. Do not include personal data, credentials or customer records. Stored with the product name and the client type (for example Claude or Cursor), without the user's account. At most 5 requests per day. Does not count against the meter. | |
deconetwork_upgrade | Upgrade to Pro (unlimited*) Get Pro: unlimited tool calls (fair use limit: 10,000 a month) on DecoNetwork (the free tier caps monthly usage). Plans: "monthly" — $9/month; "yearly" — $90/year (2 months free). Cancel any time: Pro then runs to the end of the paid period, so it also suits a one-time job. *A fair use limit applies. For heavy use (near Pro's limit): "plus" or "plus_yearly" — Pro+, $39/month or $390/year, unlimited tool calls (fair use limit: 100,000 a month); an existing Pro subscription changes to Pro+ in place (needs confirm: true; the price difference for the rest of the period is charged at once). Otherwise returns a short link to open in your browser (it opens Stripe Checkout); after payment the account upgrades automatically. Does not count against the meter. | |
deconetwork_cancel_subscription | Cancel the Pro subscription Cancel the caller's DecoNetwork Pro subscription at the end of the paid period (no refund for the current period; Pro continues until then, then the free tier applies). Requires confirm: true. Run deconetwork_upgrade later to undo the cancel before the period ends. Does not count against the meter. |
| Plan | Price | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Freeper DecoNetwork site | $0 | 50 tool calls / month |
| Proper DecoNetwork site | $9/mo · $90/yr | Unlimited* |
*Pro fair use limit: 10,000 tool calls a month on this server. For more, write to [email protected].
Pro covers this DecoNetwork server only. Subscribe with deconetwork_upgrade (it returns a Stripe Checkout link). Cancel any time with deconetwork_cancel_subscription: Pro continues to the end of the paid period, with no refund for the current period, and running deconetwork_upgrade before then undoes the cancel. Or write to [email protected].
Review upcoming work. Inspect an order. Search recent orders. Mark confirmed production or shipping progress. Record an internal handoff note. See what you can do for the details.
No. usefulapi is an independent service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by DecoNetwork. The server calls the DecoNetwork API with your own DecoNetwork access, so it sees only the data that your account can see.
Yes. In Claude, add this server's URL as a custom connector. In ChatGPT, add it as a custom MCP server in Plugins. Then log in once. Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code and Codex work too. See the setup steps.
The login page asks for your DecoNetwork site, Staff username and Staff password. See Before you connect for where to find them.
No. Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config. The server signs you in with OAuth: the login page asks for your DecoNetwork site, Staff username and Staff password. If the config has such a header, remove it: some clients then send that header instead of the login token, and every call fails with 401.
The login stores them encrypted in the authorization grant of your connection. The server uses them to call the DecoNetwork API for you and to derive a private account id for usage metering. usefulapi does not show them on any page or in any reply. To stop all access, remove the connector and change or delete these credentials in DecoNetwork.
Yes, if you approve it. 2 of the 5 DecoNetwork tools can create or change data. The other 3 are marked read-only. Most MCP clients ask you to approve a tool call before it runs.
The Free plan gives 50 tool calls / month. Pro costs $9/mo or $90/yr, with unlimited tool calls (fair use limit: 10,000 tool calls a month), for this DecoNetwork server only. Cancel any time: Pro then runs to the end of the paid period. Run deconetwork_usage_status to see how many calls you used.
Ask the AI to run deconetwork_upgrade: it returns a Stripe Checkout link. To cancel, run deconetwork_cancel_subscription. Pro continues to the end of the paid period.
Tell the AI what you wanted to do. It can send the request with deconetwork_request_feature. We store the text with the server name, the type of AI client and the tool you tried, not with your account, and read every request when we plan new tools. You can send up to 5 requests per day.
Any client that supports remote MCP servers (Streamable HTTP) with OAuth login: Claude (web and desktop), Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf and others.
This is a Model Context Protocol endpoint — meant to be connected from an AI client, not opened in a browser. An invalid_token response at the URL is the auth gate working as designed; clients authenticate automatically.
