Read marketplace orders and returns; send shipment, cancellation and stock updates. For marketplace operations teams with API-enabled Channable order connections. Hosted by usefulapi — connect from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP client.
Team and Enterprise: an Owner adds the connector for the organization first.
Run this command, then run /mcp in Claude Code to log in:
Add to Cursor or add this to ~/.cursor/mcp.json:

Run these commands. The second one opens the login page:
Other MCP clients (Windsurf, Cline, Zed and more): add the URL as a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP). The client then opens the login page in your browser. Do not add an Authorization header: see Before you connect.
Find orders awaiting shipment and inspect their details before fulfilment.
channable_list_orders channable_get_order
Find returns in a selected date range and inspect a return before updating it.
channable_list_returns channable_get_return
Mark an order or selected items shipped using the confirmed carrier and tracking code. This propagates to the marketplace.
Changes data · channable_ship_order
Set the whole stock value for up to 50 offers. The new availability is sent to every connected marketplace in the project.
Changes data · channable_update_stock
Read order counts, costs and revenue for the project or a selected order connection.
channable_get_order_statistics
The login page asks for your Channable API token, Company id and Project id.
In the Channable app open Company settings → Channable API: the company id is shown there and a company owner can generate the API token. The project id is in the project's Settings. The API is the order connection API, so the project needs an order connection. Use your own API-enabled subscription with the order-sync add-on and configured order connections; any customer-specific vendor enablement still applies. Vendor charges are separate. Requested customer contacts, addresses, orders and returns pass to your chosen AI client and LLM provider; the API token does not. Shipment, cancellation, return and stock tools can change live marketplace orders and availability; confirm the target and values before use. Mark-manual stops Channable processing without notifying the marketplace. No request is automatically retried; check Channable after an uncertain write. Revoke the token under Company settings to stop access; tokens expire after one year. Company ID supplies the usage and billing identity.
Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config. The server signs you in with OAuth: the login page asks for your Channable API token, Company id and Project id. If the config has such a header, remove it: some clients then send that header instead of the login token, and every call fails with 401.
Turn on the Channable connector, then ask in plain words. The AI picks the tools.
| Tool | Type | What it does |
|---|---|---|
channable_list_orders | read | List orders List the marketplace orders of a project, newest first. Filters combine with AND; dates are read as UTC. Paged: pass next_offset as offset (total is the size of the page, not of all orders). Reply: orders, error_count (orders with an error), count, next_offset. GET /v2/companies/{company}/projects/{project}/orders. |
channable_get_order | read | Get an order One order with its customer, addresses, items, status, fulfillments and event log. order_id is the Channable order id (the id field from channable_list_orders). GET /v2/companies/{company}/projects/{project}/orders/{order_id}. |
channable_ship_order | write | Mark an order as shipped Set an order to shipped, with tracking data. Give transporter as a Channable transporter code (channable_list_transporters lists them) and tracking_code. Pass order_item_ids to ship only some items (the order then becomes partial; repeat with the other items later); omit it to ship the whole order. Spartoo and Veepee do not support partial shipments. POST /v1/companies/{company}/projects/{project}/orders/{order_id}/shipment. Channable passes this change on to the marketplace. It cannot be undone through this API and the call is never retried; if it times out, check the order in Channable before trying again. |
channable_cancel_order | write | Cancel an order Seller-side cancellation: set an order to cancelled. Pass order_item_ids to cancel only some items (the order then becomes partial); omit it to cancel the whole order. Amazon, Cdiscount and Spartoo do not support partial cancellations. A buyer-side cancellation must be confirmed in the marketplace seller account instead. POST /v1/companies/{company}/projects/{project}/orders/{order_id}/cancel. Channable passes this change on to the marketplace. It cannot be undone through this API and the call is never retried; if it times out, check the order in Channable before trying again. |
channable_mark_order_manual | write | Mark an order as handled manually Tell Channable that you handle this order yourself: Channable takes no further action on it (no status updates to the marketplace). POST /v1/companies/{company}/projects/{project}/orders/{order_id}/manual. Channable passes this change on to the marketplace. It cannot be undone through this API and the call is never retried; if it times out, check the order in Channable before trying again. |
channable_create_return | write | Create a return for an order Manually create a return on the marketplace for products of an order. Only Fruugo, Otto, Veepee and Zalando support this. products lists the product ids (the item id of the order), the quantity and optionally accepted or rejected. POST /v1/companies/{company}/projects/{project}/orders/{order_id}/return. Channable passes this change on to the marketplace. It cannot be undone through this API and the call is never retried; if it times out, check the order in Channable before trying again. |
channable_list_returns | read | List returns List the returns of a project, newest first. Dates are read as UTC. Paged: pass next_offset as offset. Reply: returns, error_count, count, next_offset. GET /v1/companies/{company}/projects/{project}/returns. |
channable_get_return | read | Get a return One return with its item, reason, customer, status and log. return_id is the id field from channable_list_returns. GET /v1/companies/{company}/projects/{project}/returns/{return_id}. |
channable_update_return_status | write | Set the status of a return Set the status of a return: accepted, rejected, repaired, keeps, exchanged, cancelled. Depending on the status the customer does or does not get their money back (accepted and cancelled differ from rejected). POST /v1/companies/{company}/projects/{project}/returns/{return_id}/status. Channable passes this change on to the marketplace. It cannot be undone through this API and the call is never retried; if it times out, check the order in Channable before trying again. |
channable_list_stock_updates | read | List posted stock updates List the offers (product stock updates) that were posted to a project, newest first: id, stock, price, title, GTIN. Paged: pass next_offset as offset. Reply: offers, count, next_offset. GET /v1/companies/{company}/projects/{project}/offers. |
channable_update_stock | write | Update product stock on all marketplaces Set the stock of up to 50 offers. Each item is the offer id as the marketplaces know it, plus the WHOLE new stock value (not a delta). Channable passes the new stock to every marketplace of the project, which changes what customers can buy. POST /v1/companies/{company}/projects/{project}/stock_updates. Channable passes this change on to the marketplace. It cannot be undone through this API and the call is never retried; if it times out, check the order in Channable before trying again. |
channable_get_order_statistics | read | Get order statistics Order statistics of a project for a time frame: orders, ordered products, marketplace commission, shipping costs, revenue and daily revenue, per order connection and in total. Pass order_config_id (the order_config_id field of an order) for one order connection only. GET /v1/companies/{company}/projects/{project}/statistics/orders[/{order_config_id}]. |
channable_list_transporters | read | List transporter codes Channable transporter codes for shipping updates. With no argument: all codes and labels (transporter_code is what channable_ship_order expects). With transporter_code: the marketplace-specific carriers behind that code. With channel (a marketplace such as bol, amazon, ebay): the carriers that marketplace supports. Give at most one of the two. GET /v1/transporters/all | /transporter/{code} | /channel/{channel}. |
channable_usage_status | Usage status (free-tier meter) Report the caller's current usage: the plan, calls used this month, the limit of the plan (the free monthly cap or the Pro fair use limit), remaining, and whether the limit is reached. Read-only; does not count against the meter. | |
channable_request_feature | Request a missing feature Tell usefulapi that the user needs something the Channable tools cannot do yet (a missing tool, field or filter). Call it only when the user asks for something none of the tools can do, and tell the user that you send the request. Do not call it for errors or for normal requests. Do not include personal data, credentials or customer records. Stored with the product name and the client type (for example Claude or Cursor), without the user's account. At most 5 requests per day. Does not count against the meter. | |
channable_upgrade | Upgrade to Pro (unlimited*) Get Pro: unlimited tool calls (fair use limit: 10,000 a month) on Channable (the free tier caps monthly usage). Plans: "monthly" — $9/month; "yearly" — $90/year (2 months free). Cancel any time: Pro then runs to the end of the paid period, so it also suits a one-time job. *A fair use limit applies. For heavy use (near Pro's limit): "plus" or "plus_yearly" — Pro+, $39/month or $390/year, unlimited tool calls (fair use limit: 100,000 a month); an existing Pro subscription changes to Pro+ in place (needs confirm: true; the price difference for the rest of the period is charged at once). Otherwise returns a short link to open in your browser (it opens Stripe Checkout); after payment the account upgrades automatically. Does not count against the meter. | |
channable_cancel_subscription | Cancel the Pro subscription Cancel the caller's Channable Pro subscription at the end of the paid period (no refund for the current period; Pro continues until then, then the free tier applies). Requires confirm: true. Run channable_upgrade later to undo the cancel before the period ends. Does not count against the meter. |
| Plan | Price | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Freeper Channable company | $0 | 50 tool calls / month |
| Proper Channable company | $9/mo · $90/yr | Unlimited* |
*Pro fair use limit: 10,000 tool calls a month on this server. For more, write to .
Pro covers this Channable server only. Subscribe with channable_upgrade (it returns a Stripe Checkout link). Cancel any time with channable_cancel_subscription: Pro continues to the end of the paid period, with no refund for the current period, and running channable_upgrade before then undoes the cancel. Or write to .

No. usefulapi is an independent service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Channable. The server calls the Channable API with your own Channable access, so it sees only the data that your account can see.
Yes. In Claude, add this server's URL as a custom connector. In ChatGPT, add it as a custom MCP server in Plugins. Then log in once. Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code and Codex work too. See the setup steps.
The login page asks for your Channable API token, Company id and Project id. See Before you connect for where to find them.
No. Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config. The server signs you in with OAuth: the login page asks for your Channable API token, Company id and Project id. If the config has such a header, remove it: some clients then send that header instead of the login token, and every call fails with 401.
The login stores them encrypted in the authorization grant of your connection. The server uses them to call the Channable API for you and to derive a private account id for usage metering. usefulapi does not show them on any page or in any reply. To stop all access, remove the connector and change or delete these credentials in Channable.
Yes, if you approve it. 6 of the 13 Channable tools can create or change data. The other 7 are marked read-only. Most MCP clients ask you to approve a tool call before it runs.
The Free plan gives 50 tool calls / month. Pro costs $9/mo or $90/yr, with unlimited tool calls (fair use limit: 10,000 tool calls a month), for this Channable server only. Cancel any time: Pro then runs to the end of the paid period. Run channable_usage_status to see how many calls you used.
Ask the AI to run channable_upgrade: it returns a Stripe Checkout link. To cancel, run channable_cancel_subscription. Pro continues to the end of the paid period.
Tell the AI what you wanted to do. It can send the request with channable_request_feature. We store the text with the server name, the type of AI client and the tool you tried, not with your account, and read every request when we plan new tools. You can send up to 5 requests per day.
Any client that supports remote MCP servers (Streamable HTTP) with OAuth login: Claude (web and desktop), Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf and others.
This is a Model Context Protocol endpoint — meant to be connected from an AI client, not opened in a browser. An invalid_token response at the URL is the auth gate working as designed; clients authenticate automatically.
