Get a quote for a pickup and a drop-off address. The quote reserves nothing and charges nothing. It is single-use and expires at a set time.
Check the identity of the key, then check that its environment matches the courier account. A mismatch is an error.
Dispatch a courier job against an unused quote. Use the order id as the idempotency key, so a retry never sends a second courier. Dispatching starts billing.

Cancel a delivery that the courier has not collected yet. After pickup, the API refuses the cancel.

Create the key in your LastFolk dashboard. It is shown only once, so copy it when it appears. Sandbox keys start with lf_test_, production keys with lf_live_. Deliveries run on your own Uber Direct account, which you need before you can dispatch.

No. usefulapi is an independent service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by LastFolk. The server calls the LastFolk API with your own LastFolk access, so it sees only the data that your account can see.

The login stores them encrypted in the authorization grant of your connection. The server uses them to call the LastFolk API for you and to derive a private account id for usage metering. usefulapi does not show them on any page or in any reply. To stop all access, remove the connector and change or delete these credentials in LastFolk.
Yes, if you approve it. 3 of the 9 LastFolk tools can create or change data. The other 6 are marked read-only. Most MCP clients ask you to approve a tool call before it runs.

This is a Model Context Protocol endpoint — meant to be connected from an AI client, not opened in a browser. An invalid_token response at the URL is the auth gate working as designed; clients authenticate automatically.
